Web Development Process

MEET
Our complimentary meeting allows us to get to know you and your key company officials. We take this opportunity to learn about your needs and project goals.
STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
The information we gather from our initial meeting helps us grasp your project so we can provide an accurate SOW, uniquely suited to your company's specific needs.
PROJECT START
With approval of the SOW, we are ready to dive in. In this phase, we develop a “best case scenario” timeline, which aims for deadlines and benchmarks. If we are developing a website, a sitemap or architecture will be drafted as well.
DATA COLLECTION AND DISCOVERY
In this phase we consider your company history, mission, marketing plan, target market, and competition. We also discover an innovative direction to drive our initial concepts.
DEVELOPMENT PHASE
This is the most intensive phase of the process. We immerse ourselves in the project, allowing our creative juices to overflow. The result is a number of presentable concepts for you to review.
CONCEPT REFINEMENT
After you review the first concepts, we refine the product based on your feedback and our recommendations. We return with a new presentation for further review. Through this dialogue with you, we polish out the remaining aesthetic and practical considerations.
CLIENT APPROVAL
The final product is approved and ready for production. We either coordinate production for you or supplies the digital files for your internal production management.
PRODUCTION
From here, we prepare materials for production, whether it be for print or web. With one last client approval, it’s go time. You're off to wow the masses.
